Aisle FLO Inc. is a Canadian technology company operating the Agency of Service model. We connect customers with Independent Business Operators ("Agents") who fulfill orders on your behalf. Aisle FLO does not sell groceries, food, or goods, and does not employ drivers or shoppers. Agents are members of The Agency — an independent operator network.
When you place an order, you authorize Aisle FLO and the assigned Agent to act on your behalf to purchase, pick up, or deliver the requested goods or services. The retailer or restaurant — not Aisle FLO and not the Agent — is the seller of goods and merchant of record. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
You must provide an accurate delivery address and any instructions required to complete your order. If an order cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control — such as an incorrect address or failure to be present — refund eligibility may be limited.
For FaveCart and GoFLO, you pay the posted shelf or menu price — no markups. A flat Order Processing fee applies per order based on size and membership tier, displayed before you confirm. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Final charges are applied once your order is confirmed complete.
You may cancel at no charge before an Agent accepts your order. Once accepted, cancellation may result in a partial fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once an Agent has begun fulfillment. Report order issues within 24 hours at support@aisleflo.ca or 1 (844) 840-0579.
If an item is unavailable, your Agent may suggest a substitution based on your preferences. You will not be charged for items that are out of stock and not substituted.
By creating an account, you consent to receive service communications by email, SMS, push notification, or in-app message. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time. Opting out does not affect transactional service communications.
You pay the store's posted price at the time of shopping. Your Agent uploads the store receipt after checkout for full transparency. If you request leave-at-door delivery, you assume full responsibility for items once placed at that location. Prohibited items include alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, prescription medications, and other age-restricted items.
You pay the restaurant's true menu price — no markup. GoFLO Agents pick up sealed orders as prepared by the restaurant. Aisle FLO is not responsible for restaurant preparation errors. Alcohol is not currently available through GoFLO.
RADL uses a flat platform fee plus distance-based fares with no surge pricing. Fares are displayed before you confirm. Treat your Agent with respect — abusive conduct may result in account suspension. A no-show fee may apply if you are not at the pickup location when your Agent arrives.
GoCart is designed for small, quick orders. You pay the store's posted price plus a flat platform fee. Age-restricted items are not available.
You define the task. Your Agent uses professional judgment to fulfill it. Detailed instructions improve outcomes. Agents may decline requests that are unsafe, illegal, or outside the platform's intended use.

Order Processing fees: 1–24 items ($10), 25–49 items ($20), 50–74 items ($30), 75–100 items ($40). FavePoints redeem at 50 pts = $2.50. Points never expire on paid tiers. FaveWallet balances are refundable upon request.
Paid memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through account settings. No refunds for partial billing periods. Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be of legal age in your province to form a binding contract. You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not scrape data, interfere with our systems, use our Services for commercial resale, or engage in abusive conduct toward Agents or staff.
AI-powered features including Hermie are provided to assist with ordering and support — not for automated programmatic access. AI outputs may vary and are not a substitute for professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aisle FLO's total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 CAD or the amounts you paid to Aisle FLO in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith. Written notice describing the dispute must be provided, with 30 days for the receiving party to respond. Unresolved disputes shall be brought before the courts of Ottawa, Ontario. Individual claims only — class proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by applicable Ontario law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable claims.

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, operate FaveWallet and FavePoints, match customers with Agents, send service communications, detect and prevent fraud, improve our platforms and AI tools, and comply with applicable law. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.
Between customers and Agents: Limited order and contact information is shared to enable fulfillment. Agents are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Service providers: We share data with Square (payments), Supabase (database), Twilio (OTP), Mapbox (mapping), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (Hermie AI), and Resend (email), under data processing agreements. We do not sell or rent your data.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
All payment processing is handled by Square. Aisle FLO does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. Loyalty card images are encrypted, accessible only to your assigned Agent during an active order, and permanently deleted once delivery begins.
We protect your information using TLS encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level database security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@aisleflo.ca.
Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial record-keeping. Account data is retained until deletion is requested. Loyalty card images are deleted immediately after delivery begins. AI conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days unless earlier deletion is requested.
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to certain uses. Submit requests to support@aisleflo.ca. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at 1-800-282-1376.
Our Services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact us to request deletion of any such information.

You are an Independent Business Operator (IBO) — not an employee, dependent contractor, or legal agent of Aisle FLO Inc. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or franchise. You control your own schedule, methods, and service approach. Aisle FLO provides technology tools and customer matching — it does not direct or supervise your work.
When you accept an order, you act on behalf of the customer — not Aisle FLO.
You must notify Aisle FLO immediately if your eligibility status changes.
You select which platforms to operate on at enrollment. Upon approval, you access The Agency portal at agency.aisleflo.ca. Access is personal and non-transferable. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Assignments are offered based on proximity, availability, enrollment, and rating. You have the right to accept or decline any assignment. FaveCart customers' designated preferred Agents receive a first-offer window. Once accepted, you are expected to complete the assignment. Frequent cancellations after acceptance may affect your assignment priority.
Earnings are displayed before you accept each assignment. Customer bonuses are passed to you in full — Aisle FLO retains no portion. Earnings are paid via FaveWallet instant payouts or Interac e-Transfer. Cash is not accepted on any platform.
As an IBO, you are solely responsible for reporting income to the CRA, filing tax returns, and registering for GST/HST if applicable. Aisle FLO does not withhold income tax, CPP, or EI.
Customers rate each completed assignment. Ratings affect your assignment priority and preferred Agent eligibility. Aisle FLO maintains minimum service standards per platform. Agents falling below minimums will be notified before any action is taken, except in cases of serious misconduct.
All customer information accessed during fulfillment — addresses, phone numbers, order contents, loyalty card details — is strictly confidential. You must not retain, share, or use customer information for any purpose outside completing the assigned order. Violations may result in immediate removal from The Agency.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance for your business activities, including vehicle insurance with any required ride-share endorsements for RADL. Aisle FLO does not provide vehicle insurance, general liability, workers' compensation, or any employment-related benefits on your behalf.
As an IBO, you are not entitled to minimum wage guarantees, overtime, vacation pay, EI, CPP contributions from Aisle FLO, workers' compensation, or any other employment benefits. You are solely responsible for your own financial and retirement arrangements.
You may terminate at any time through your Agent dashboard. Aisle FLO may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent conduct, carrying Prohibited Items, or sustained low ratings. Outstanding earnings for completed assignments are paid on the next scheduled payout date.

Aisle FLO connects customers with independent Agents who provide delivery of groceries, restaurant orders, convenience items, packages, and personal shopping tasks. Aisle FLO does not itself provide delivery, transportation, logistics, or courier services. All services are performed by Agents who are Independent Business Operators.
You must not accept, carry, or deliver any of the following:

For GoCart and Shopper Service package orders: packages must not exceed 14 kg per trip, must fit safely in a standard vehicle, and declared value must not exceed $500 CAD unless pre-approved. Packages must be securely sealed by the sender before pickup.
Once you accept an order, fulfill it promptly and professionally. If delivery cannot be completed, attempt customer contact via the in-app function, follow any leave-at-door instructions, and if no instructions are available, contact Aisle FLO support before leaving an order unattended. Items confirmed delivered to the specified location are the customer's responsibility.
Earnings are displayed before acceptance. Customer bonuses are passed to you in full. Cash is not accepted. Payouts are processed via FaveWallet instant payouts or Interac e-Transfer per your dashboard payout schedule.
Aisle FLO's total liability to you in connection with delivery services shall not exceed $100 CAD in aggregate except where required by applicable law. Aisle FLO does not maintain insurance covering loss, theft, or third-party damage to packages during delivery except where expressly stated. Services are provided "as is" — Aisle FLO does not guarantee assignment volume or minimum earnings.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Aisle FLO from claims arising from loss or damage caused by your negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful acts, misdelivery, bodily injury, or failure to comply with these Delivery Terms or applicable law.
Customer personal information accessed during fulfillment must be used solely to complete the assigned order. You must comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law in all aspects of your work as an Agent.
